Use of the WeValidate app
Q: Do I need permission of the municipality or car park owner to enrol?
A: Yes, the operator of the car park will provide the unique enrolment link after filling in the Registration form.
Q: Where can I find the WeValidate app?
A: WeValidate is available for both Android and iOS and can be downloaded from the Google Play store or the Apple App Store. Go to the store and search for the WPS ValiD app.
Q: Is WeValidate safe to use?
A: Yes, the app is connected to a secured link and the account is protected by a unique log in.
Q: Do I need to buy additional hardware to start validating my customers?
A: No, the WeValidate app can be used on existing smartphones and tablets with camera functionality or additionally on bespoke scanners.
Q: Am I flexible in determining the height of my discounts?
A: Yes, as a retailer you can determine yourself the height and type of discounts. The applicable discounts in your scheme are available in the Registration form.
Credit / payment
Q: What happens when my credit in my virtual wallet runs out?
A: Via the backend you are able to check in realtime the height of your credit.
Q: Is it necessary to connect to a dedicated network to use WeValidate?
A: No, the only connection you need is a wired or wireless internet connection.
Q: Is there a maximum of discounts (both amount as number) consumers can collect?
A: No, there is no maximum.
Q: How long will it take before a validation or discount is processed?
A: The discount is realtime available after granting. Discounts are settled at the paystation.
